WHat's your rETURN POLICY?
Due to health concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your purchase was received damaged, you may submit to us photo evidence of damage for a full refund or replacement.
Please contact customer service at to submit your picture evidence of damage during transit.
After receiving your pictures, and determine carrier mishandling, we will process your refund or placement. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your evidence to process your refund. Once initiated, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed on our end.
Any Items sold are only refundable if damaged upon receipt is evident.
